Paul Thuysbaert is a photographer and published author based in Dubai. Over the past twenty-five years, Paul has produced unique and beautiful photographic and video imagery, specialising in the area of Hotel & Resort photography.

Mel is a gifted art director, producer and stylist specializing in location shoots for luxury hotels, resorts and residences around the world and has been with us for ten years now. Positive, experienced and extremely professional, Mel pays great attention to every aspect of a video/photo shoot from pre-to post production. She understands client’s marketing objectives, analyzing briefs, curating storylines, developing mood boards and re-working schedules. Mel handles all team members in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage and expertly deals with all floral/culinary orders/arrangements, prop and linen selection. Lastly she deals with talent agencies, suppliers, along with managing talent casting, hair, makeup and wardrobe.
